妻子鲍一萌是头部带货主播，丈夫宋李是全职丈夫，弟弟鲍鹏在复读备战高考。一天，三人意外发现互换身体。全家的灵魂与身体分别错位。全职丈夫宋李（小舅子身）重回学校，怀念青春中弹琵琶的梦想，但繁重的学习生活，让他感到力不从心。复读生小舅子鲍鹏（妻子身）不懂管理公司，并在直播时状况百出，女神小静的奋斗让他惭愧。主播鲍一萌（丈夫身）在辅导女儿的生活中发现，做家务和带娃并不简单。相比之下，丈夫开明的教育方式仿佛让女儿的成长更美好。一家人决定支持宋李（小舅子身）重拾琵琶参与音乐比赛。深夜，宋李三人被关在冷藏车内被冻得奄奄一息。他们终于换回来了！一家人的生活重新回到正轨，和谐美满。

父亲的卡车

老甘常年守在劳务市场靠打零工，常常无功而返。为此，正在上高中的儿子打心眼里瞧不起父亲，父子关系紧张。老甘邂逅多年的朋友老肖，为其打工，可好景不长，老肖另辟生意，于是建议老甘把车买走，可老甘没钱，只好作罢。老肖临走时为老甘找了一个稳定的工作，然而,命运再次捉弄了老甘，他不得不放弃了这个工作。一筹莫展的老甘决定筹钱买了老肖的卡车，在欠了老肖一部分车款的同时，还在一家小额贷款公司贷了高利贷。 　　老甘开车在劳务市场雇佣了一个“老实巴交”的帮手老付。工作一天后，老父偷走了老甘倾尽所有才买到的卡车。老甘彻底绝望，儿子决定帮助父亲去寻车。    经过一系列匪夷所思的经历，父子二人终于找到了卡车，但幕后黑商洪爷不会轻易放过他。
